“We advocate for inclusive events that reflect the diversity of the cycling sector.”
We strongly believe that diverse representation at events brings together a broader range of perspectives, experiences and expertise, strengthening the quality of discussions and decision-making. It also ensures that events more accurately reflect the realities of the cycling sector and the communities it serves. Inclusive panels help foster innovation, challenge blind spots and create space for new ideas, while demonstrating a clear commitment to fairness and equality, values we strive to see reflected across our communities and workplaces.
Upcoming event: Women in Cycling International Leadership Masterclass 2026
23–24 October 2026 | Hôtel de Ville, Paris
How do we successfully lead cycling and mobility transitions? What leadership skills are needed to build coalitions, navigate resistance, make difficult decisions and turn ambitious visions into lasting change?
The Women in Cycling International Leadership Masterclass is a two-day intensive programme designed as a dedicated learning space for women in leadership and implementation roles across cycling and mobility.
It brings together women from government, public agencies, advocacy organisations, planning, academia and industry who are actively shaping the mobility transition in Europe and beyond.
Over two intensive days, participants will explore agenda setting, coalition building, decision-making, navigating conflict, participation, implementation and personal leadership development. The programme combines expert input, practical exercises, peer coaching, international case studies and on-bike learning in Paris.
The programme is designed and facilitated by Prof. Dr. Meredith Glaser, Dr. Ursula Wyss and Isabell Eberlein, together with an international faculty of practitioners and experts.
The masterclass will be held in English and offers an international learning space for exchange, reflection and practical leadership development.

Meet and connect with us
Every year since 2021, we organise sessions and networking moments at some of the cycling sector’s leading events. This includes a yearly traditional breakfast at Eurobike and a Women in Cycling session, networking lunch and drinks during the Velo-city conference.
The aim is to bring women together and provide networking opportunities, as well as share insights on our experiences and challenges. If you plan on attending these events, don’t forget to say hello!
